There are loan types for those of you that have owned a home before as well as first time home buyers. There are loans for large chunks of money and loans that you do not need any money to put down. You let us know what your needs are and we will set you up with a customized plan.
VA Loan
VA loans are for veterans and their families. They offer zero-down which lowers your up-front cost of buying a new home. There is no private mortgage insurance which saves you money long term on your loan. The price you pay for closing costs is low and many times the seller pays for them.
FHA Loan Denton
An FHA loan we gear toward new and first-time buyers. This is a loan that does not have as many requirements when it comes to down payments and credit history. This makes it possible for many more people to buy homes when they do not have the built-up cash to do so.
USDA Loan
A USDA loan is also a loan that does not need a down payment much of the time. This loan is for homes in rural areas, not any house. You must meet an income requirement to qualify for a USDA loan. This is not the right loan for everyone so make sure to check in with us before deciding what type of loan you want.
This is good for our Roofer In Wenatchee client.
Reverse Mortgage
A reverse mortgage is when you are 62 years old or older. This loan only qualifies on a home that is a primary home. Your equity on your home we convert into cash payments with a reverse mortgage. Many clients use this as a part of income for retirement.
